In order to make course materials available only to UCSD extension students, a simple security mechanism will be implemented. This requires a user/password identification whenever students log into their pages. Passwords will be chosen by the student the first time the student's "private pages" are accessed. Home work project results are then only available to the instructor and the respective student.
