Combinatorial Extension (CE) was used for structural alignment of selected proteins.  Using a RMSD of < 3 Angstroms and setting Sequence Identity to > 20%, I was able to select three other proteins for comparison with my protein:  1J97 (99.5% Seq. Id.), 1FQU (22.0%), and 1EUL (21.5%).  Below are the results for structural alignment:
