The catalytic domain consists of an N-terminal lobe (residues 267 - 342, "N Kinase") and a C-terminal lobe (residues 343 - 519, "C Kinase"). The N-terminal lobe contains the glycine-rich segment ("Active Site") that interacts with the phosphate groups of the nucleotide.
